I want to express my thanks to you and your company for the very good work done in the installation of a new fence on my property in Williams Bay. Our primary home is in Oak Park, IL and we were away during the installation and only came up to the lake on Sunday to examine the completed fence. We were very pleased that it was done so well. We had scheduled the project with Lowe’s in Delavan and provided the necessary information, plat survey, etc. and the work was scheduled with your company following some preparatory clearing of the site. Your team performed the work on schedule and just as the contract described; clearing away the old fence and removing the materials off-site. The new fence is straight for the full run from front to back of the year. The posts and individual cedar pickets are a good, clear cedar, a great even color. I assume this will weather to an even, silvery gray color in time. We are very pleased with the work. We needed to replace our old cedar fence. Our posts and materials were in a constant need of replacement. We called the professionals and were extremely pleased with the results. They were quick, clean & paid attention to detail. We feel we could not have gotten a better product.

When installing fencing, adjustments had to be because of lot line and I lost some the yard. Am having a problem with one of the gates but have not called about it but it does look great.

My experience with A to Z Quality Fencing has been wonderful. I have had work done two times. The first was in November 2016 when I contacted them about a quote to repair my fence that was damaged by a runaway bull (I don’t live in the country.) the estimate process was easy as all I had to do was send a photo of the damaged fence and I received a quote. Zach did a wonderful job with the repair. This lead to our asking about expanding the gate on the one side of my property. Zach also did a great job with that in March. I would definitely recommend A to Z Quality Fencing.

Waiting on gate. Measurement taken was wrong. Clean up was poor. I had lots of plastic shavings in driveway along with mud and hydraulic fluid. Looks GREAT, happy on the way it looks!!!

Gate closing is a little tight and gap at side a bit big. Some gap areas between boards a bit bigger where I didn’t want to see neighbors peeking through. Other than that, awesome job.

Some posts from old fence were just cut off and the cement was left in the ground. Final fence was less in linear footage than originally quoted, A to Z was notified. Some scraps from scalloping cuts were not cleaned up. Gate not closing correctly.

Left over dirt was way more than I expected. Also crew said they would bring back a few extra pickets and they did not.
